Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team in Mishawaka, Indiana. We value candidates who are pursuing a psychology-related degree or have related experience, and we welcome those with a 40-hour RBT training completion.

We encourage current RBT certification but will train unregistered candidates. A valid driver's license, 18+ years, and reliable, compassionate care are essential as you help children progress with ABA strategies in sessions.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification encouraged; training offered if not currently registered.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Chart ABA data and skill data related to the child’s progress.
• Implement ABA teaching techniques during sessions (DRA, shaping, prompting, etc.).
• Follow program objectives and treatment plans (BIP when applicable).

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)
• Validdriver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.

• Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel.

• Notesshouldbetakendailyin Rethinkduringthelast15minutesofthe session.
• Session notes require parent signatures for in-home therapy sessions.
• Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.
• Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed.
• Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.
• Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold

Job Responsibilities

• ChartingandcollectingABA andskilldataontheimprovementorlackthereofintheabilitiesofthechild.
• ImplementABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differentialreinforcement,shaping,chaining,taskanalysis,andprompting,fading,andproactivestrategies.
• Followprogrammingobjectivesandfollowstreatmentplan(BIPwhenapplicable)
