Westside Children's Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work with families and a dedicated team to support children’s progress in a fun, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct ABA therapy with assigned clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA during supervision for feedback.
• Collect and record client data and maintain timely documentation.
• Participate in weekly ABA team meetings.
• Engage families to support child progress.
