Westside Children's Therapy is hiring an RBT to deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement direct therapy, collect data, and document accurately while collaborating with families and team leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence with a variety of computer applications.
• Comfortable engaging with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision to receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation on time.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with the ABA team.
• Maintain a caseload of 30 therapy hours per week.
