Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with special needs in our collaborative pediatric therapy setting. You will work under the close supervision of a BCBA, help implement treatment plans, collect data, and engage families in a positive, educational environment.

Qualifications

• Communicate professionally with diverse groups.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Follow BCBA plans and adhere to ethics and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in daily data collection and enter data and reports.
• Assist in observing assessments and collecting ABC data.
• Prepare and implement materials for sessions as directed by the program.
• Apply teaching procedures based on BCBA-directed plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes and data storage.
• Ensure constant visual supervision of the child and never leave unattended.
• Communicate with parents and staff in a caring, professional manner.
• Represent the program positively to families and visitors.
