Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision. You will participate in ITP implementation, data collection, and reporting to the supervising BCBA.

The role emphasizes ethical conduct, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to support children across a range of therapies and developmental services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT credentials through the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Record daily data collection and update graphs.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments with the BCBA.
• Prepare materials for sessions per the skill acquisition program.
• Apply teaching procedures and interventions per BCBA guidance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes and data in the designated system.
• Ensure child safety and professional, caring communication with families.
