Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Sherwood, AR to support children with special needs. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior analytic services, collect data, and update graphs.

This role focuses on direct therapy delivery and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. The position requires RBT credentials, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to communicate with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT credentials through BACB are required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and families.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow BCBA plans.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Record data daily and update graphs and reports for the supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments (ABC data collection).
• Prepare materials for all sessions as directed by the skill acquisition program.
• Apply teaching procedures and behavior modification as directed by the BCBA.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data storage and confidentiality.
