Associates in Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric-focused team. You will provide high-quality ABA services in outpatient, home, or school settings under BCBA supervision, helping children achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification is a plus.
• Experience in a pediatric environment (daycares, schools, etc.).
• Team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in outpatient clinic, home-based, or school/community settings.
• Implements Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under BCBA direction.
• Facilitates and assists in developing resources and information for families.
• Maintains detailed daily treatment notes in EMR for accurate billing.
• Discusses referrals for additional services with BCBA.
• Completes all documentation and supervisory requirements as required by the state board.
• Communicates effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBA, families, and team members.
• Participates in therapy meetings and CEU trainings as needed.
