Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric therapy team. You will directly implement behavior analytic services under BCBA supervision, following plans created by the supervising BCBA, and tailor tasks to your training and competency levels.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing treatment plans, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records in our HIPAA-compliant system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT credentials through the BACB required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Participate in daily data collection and graph updates.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments (e.g., ABC data collection).
• Prepare and implement materials for sessions as directed.
• Implement teaching procedures based on BCBA guidance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data storage.
• Maintain child supervision and a safe learning environment.
