Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate learner progress to families and supervisors.

Responsibilities include maintaining RBT certification and using CentralReach for notes and plans. A passion for working with children and CPR/RBT certification are required, with driving reliability a must.

Qualifications

• RBT certification
• CPR certification
• Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
