Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children across home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate progress to families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Passion for working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
