Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Bryant Farm team. You will directly implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA and help families support children with special needs.

The role requires an active BACB RBT credential and a high school diploma, with thorough training, data collection, and collaboration across disciplines in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active RBT credential through the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the BCBA to implement behavior analytic services.
• Participate in implementing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP).
• Conduct daily data collection and update graphs.
• Enter collected data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in observational assessments and data collection.
• Prepare materials for sessions and follow behavior modification procedures.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and protect confidentiality.
