Job summary

A pediatric healthcare provider is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to positively impact the lives of children with special needs. Qualifications

• Complete 40 hours of paid training by supervising BCBA within 90 days of hiring.
• Pass the RBT competency assessment conducted by supervising BCBA.
• Pass the RBT exam through BACB to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Help implement treatment plans developed by BCBA and therapists.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and child confidentiality.
