Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate progress to families and supervisors.

The role requires RBT and CPR certifications, reliable transport, and comfort working with children, including those on the autism spectrum. CentralReach experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
