Job summary

Budding Stars ABA in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings and implement plans created by the supervising BCBA to foster essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently.
• Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients, families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor and team to ensure client progress.
