Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Maryland is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting for children on the autism spectrum. You will implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure effective, individualized treatment.

Ideal candidates bring an active RBT certificate and a passion for working with children; reliable transport is required for this on-site role in a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current/active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with family training on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Assist with physical activities to engage children during sessions.
