Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings; collecting data; keeping notes; communicating with caregivers and staff; and traveling to assigned cases, with

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed and perform essential functions, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in home, school, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
