Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliability for travel to assigned service locations and schedule requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings as identified for the case
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance
