Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will follow a treatment plan, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in homes, schools, clinics or community settings, implementing programs, documenting data, and maintaining professional communication with families and staff. Travel to cases is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the identified setting (home, school, clinic, or community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
