Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will follow individual treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients develop meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in various settings, implementing programs, documenting notes, communicating with families and supervisors, and participating in supervision and trainings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework helps.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Ability to work the listed schedule and perform essential functions.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and staff.
• Participate in supervision, training and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, privacy, safety and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain attendance.
