Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow a tailored treatment plan, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services across multiple settings, collecting precise data, and maintaining professional communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in settings such as home, school, clinic, or community.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
