Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized plan, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in home/school/clinic/community settings, collecting data, and maintaining thorough session notes with professional communication to caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Demonstrated reliability and patience in interactions with clients.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in data collection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in various settings (home/school/clinic/community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data and write session notes.
• Communicate with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethics, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain attendance.
