Job summary

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You’ll work under BCBA supervision and help children reach milestones.

We offer paid RBT training, 90-day exam target, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, health/dental/vision, 401K, and a path for advancement through HHF Fellowships and Rise programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; human services degree preferred.
• Comfort working with children in care settings.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
