Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Training is provided, and you will work as part of a collaborative team. The position emphasizes patient, compassionate care, with the flexibility to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
