Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. You’ll implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision, helping kids acquire communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. This on-site role requires physical stamina to assist children and carry up to 50 pounds; pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour and includes opportunities

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient individual dedicated to helping children with autism.
• Team oriented and able to collaborate with BCBA and staff.
• Able to maintain professionalism and follow intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with activities that require standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
