Centria Healthcare is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based methods and help reduce challenging behaviors.

Training is provided; candidates should be patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Position may require standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Centria Autism-related role requires RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors and promoting positive outcomes for children with autism.
• Care for children in various positions and safely manage activities requiring movement and lifting.
