Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Deliver direct ABA services in various settings, implement programs, collect data, and communicate with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• HS diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Ability to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in various settings (home, school, clinic, community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs per BCBA guidance.
• Collect data and maintain clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain attendance.
