Job summary

Kavana Care MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA across home, clinic, or community settings. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and/or group ABA therapy services in home, clinic, school, or community settings as assigned.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently.
• Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software by deadlines.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the BCBA Supervisor and team.
