Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, independence, and positive behavior support, with a focus on family engagement and data-driven care plans.

Ideal candidates are patient, calm under pressure, and eager to learn. RBT certification is required before you start, and all positions begin as part-time roles with opportunities for advancement within a supportive

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.
Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
All positions start off part time.
Willing to commit to 6 months to change clients' lives.

Responsibilities

Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
