Alphabet Soup is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision. The role focuses on implementing evidence-based interventions and collaborating with BCBA, teachers, and families to support each child’s development.

You will work closely with the treatment team to discuss progress and ensure fidelity in strategy implementation while maintaining ongoing certification through BACB.

Formación

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children with ASD.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
• Promote adaptive behaviors and discourage maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide direct care including communication, socialization, academic skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the BCBA, teachers, and instructional assistants to discuss treatment progress.
• Engage with families to provide updates on client progress and reinforce strategies at home.
