Job summary

Kavana Living seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans to help clients gain skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors across home, clinic, or community settings.

You will collect data, follow plans with fidelity, and work with the clinical team to ensure treatment integrity while maintaining compassionate care for clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently.
• Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software by deadlines.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the BCBA Supervisor and team members.
• Participate in required supervision, competency checks, audits, and trainings.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and BACB guidelines.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
