Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in various settings, implementing programs, recording notes, and coordinating with caregivers and staff. Travel to cases is required, with supervision and ongoing competency reviews provided.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education/behavior analysis is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel to assigned cases with reliable attendance.
