Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow a client-specific plan, and help each child build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in various settings, implementing programs, collecting data, and maintaining clear notes while communicating with caregivers and scheduling staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA services in home, school, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as prescribed by BCBA.
• Collect data and write clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Adhere to ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation standards.
• Travel to assigned cases with reliable attendance.
