Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in home, clinic, or community settings.

The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, coachable, and committed to meaningful progress for each client. Strong data skills, HIPAA/BACB ethics, and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RBT certification issued by BACB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and/or group ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings as assigned.
• Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA with fidelity.
• Collect, record, and submit session data and notes using ABA software by deadlines.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate progress and needs with the BCBA and team.
• Participate in supervision, audits, and trainings.
• Adhere to HIPAA and BACB ethical guidelines.
