Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Maryland is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering direct services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings; implementing behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs; recording notes accurately;

Qualifications

• RBT certification required (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations
• Ability to work the listed schedule and perform essential functions
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in home, school, clinic, or community settings
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by BCBA
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance
