Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing Colorado team. We emphasize supporting both the individuals we serve and our staff. RBTs are backed by supervisors and offered mentorship as they pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
