Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Ability to engage, interact, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in ongoing trainings.
