Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Colorado is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. We provide interactive ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and community settings, with supervision and mentorship as you pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and the community.
• Help learners gain life skills like communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play and vocational skills.
• Teach communication and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions by BCBA.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions and participates in ongoing trainings.
