Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Colorado. We emphasize caring for staff and clients, with supervision and mentorship for BCBA certification progress.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT required and credentialed as per state guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact, engage and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and grow in ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in various settings (home, school, community).
• Help learners gain life skills: communication, daily living, social-emotional skills.
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.
