Job summary

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing Colorado team. We emphasize caring for clients and staff, with supervision and mentorship for those pursuing BCBA certification.

As an RBT, you will provide high-quality ABA therapy in homes, schools, and the community, help learners gain life skills, collect accurate data, and maintain reliable session attendance. We offer competitive wages, PTO, and benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
