Job summary

Alpaca Health in Littleton, CO is hiring RBTs to work in-person with children who have autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a BCBA‑provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with clients and families.

We offer mentorship from a dedicated BCBA from day one, flexible full- or part-time hours, and a clear path toward BCBA certification. RBT certification is preferred, and we support earning it if you’re not certified yet.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable transportation to client homes/schools.
• Availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; able to pass a background check.
• Experience with children and patience/creativity is valued.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities, following a BCBA-provided plan.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data to measure progress.
• Build consistent relationships with clients and families; mentor/beside you BCBA guidance.
• Participate in ongoing training and grow toward BCBA certification.
