Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work in homes, schools, and daycares, in Colorado. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA, collect data, and build trusted relationships with children with autism. Mentorship is provided from day one, with a clear path toward BCBA certification.

Roles are in-person with flexible scheduling, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Some roles offer full-time or part-time arrangements, and we support ongoing training and career growth within our network.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and schools.
• Availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and build consistent relationships to support child growth.
• Receive mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, not a manager.
