Job summary
Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work in-person with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a BCBA-guided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build strong, consistent relationships that foster growth.
Mentorship is provided from day one, and pathways exist toward BCBA certification. We welcome both certified and those pursuing certification, with full-time or part-time schedules available and support for career development within
Qualifications
- Must love working with kids and be dependable.
- Active RBT certification is required for some roles.
- If not certified yet, Alpaca Health helps you find a path to certification.
- You will work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
- BCBA mentorship is provided from day one, not a corporate manager.
- Some roles may require certification; support is provided to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
- Follow a BCBA-approved, personalized plan and implement behavior strategies.
- Collect data and track progress to inform interventions.
- Build consistent, trusting relationships that support kids’ growth.
