Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares across your region. Each role includes direct supervision by a dedicated BCBA and a clear path toward BCBA certification.

You’ll be mentored from day one and supported as you earn your certification. Positions offer either full-time or part-time schedules with mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to track progress and adjust plans.
