Job summary

B Above Autism Services is seeking part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children grow and gain essential life skills through ABA therapy. 1:1 sessions available in home, school, or community settings.

You will work under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with a clinical team while maintaining professional standards. Flexible hours and comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate clinical team members.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care.
• Partner with families to create meaningful change.
• Create fun, structured, and engaging sessions.
