Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred (2026 compliant 40-hour training acceptable).
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor progress.
