Achievem ents ABA Therapy in Clayton, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, in-home and community settings. You will work under a BCBA supervisor and collect data to monitor progress, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
