Achievements ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a BCBA supervisor to provide in-home and community-based interventions and collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred; 2026 compliant 40-hour training certificate acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for reporting progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
