Achievements ABA Therapy in Greensboro, NC seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under supervision. You’ll work with children with autism in home and community settings, recording progress and collaborating with BCBA supervisors to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred, 2026 compliant 40-hour training acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
