Autism Center of Excellence in Chester, VA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and support children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a clinic setting.

The role requires current RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and complete documentation using the electronic data collection system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
