Job summary

ALL ABOARD ABA LLC is seeking a currently certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community-based settings in Virginia Beach, VA. The role emphasizes ethical care, teamwork, and helping children develop meaningful skills and greater independence.

You will receive ongoing clinical supervision and support from experienced BCBAs, with an emphasis on data collection, documentation, and adherence to BCBA treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to meet applicable criminal background and abuse registry screening requirements.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Ability to meet health and safety screening requirements.
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance if driving is required for assigned duties.
• Availability to provide ABA therapy during afternoon hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and supervisors.
• Ability to collect accurate data, complete documentation, and follow established treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention procedures developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data using the company's clinical data collection system.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment goals, and clinical concerns.
• Provide caregiver updates consistent with BCBA guidance and the client’s treatment plan.
• Implement safe, positive, and evidence-based behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and compliance with HIPAA requirements and BACB ethical standards.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive therapy environment.
